Auri products are designed to high standards of robustness and reliability, providing longstanding use for many years. To reinforce our commitment to quality and reliability, all Auri products (excluding the items below) are covered by a five year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty does not include normal wear and tear on the product and does not cover any liability for consequential damages due to any failure of equipment to perform as intended. Warranty applies provided the equipment has been used exclusively for the intended purpose and has not been modified, altered, used in an inappropriate manner or repaired by a non-authorised person.

Please note that warranty periods start from the date of sale from an authorised distributor or reseller with proof of purchase, if no proof of purchase is available the warranty period will be based upon the date the equipment was despatched from manufacturer.

The warranty is backed by Ampetronic and Listen Technologies, who will at their own discretion, repair or replace any defective products.

Ampetronic and Listen Technologies warrants the AURI-TX2N, AURI-TX2N-D, AURI-D4, AURI-D16 and AURI-RX1 to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for 5 Years from the original date of purchase.

Lithium polymer batteries supplied with receivers carry a one year limited warranty from date of purchase.
Related accessories such as headphones and neck loops carry a one year limited warranty from date of purchase.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. In some jurisdictions, certain exclusions or limitations may not apply. If any part of this warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable under local law, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
